DeROK Invades Sin City

I take my first trip out to Las Vegas, Nevada.

The “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada” Sign near the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino.

They say Las Vegas, Nevada is one of the few places that astronauts can recognize from space.  After visiting there for the first time, it’s easy to tell why.  There’s just no place else like Las Vegas.  Everything is larger than life.  The hotels are absolutely incredible!  And the casinos are just mesmerizing, even for non-gamblers like myself.  It’s like Disneyland, except it’s a real city!

Click on the thumbnails below to see some pictures from my trip to Las Vegas, Nevada.  You’ll find photos of hotels up and down the strip, including, The Bellagio, Caesar’s Palace, Mandalay Bay, The Venetian, The Mirage, New York New York, Bally’s, The Luxor, The Stratosphere and The Aladdin.

Stratosphere Hotel and Eiffel Tower Pictures

One of the most amazing Las Vegas attractions is the Stratopshere Hotel and Casino. The Stratosphere is the tallest building West of the Mississippi, and an actual roller-coaster awaits visitors atop it.

The Eiffel Tower is the main attraction at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. And like the Stratosphere, it gives visitors a breath-taking view of the Las Vegas Strip!

Here are photos taken from the top of the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino and The Eiffel Tower of the Paris Hotel and Casino.
