Aitu comes up with an incredibly stupid vote.

twelve weeks. I just want to slap him every time he does it.
Well it turns out that my feelings were quite inappropriate as Adam is suffering from some kind of genetic disorder. You see, when the survivors’ loved-ones were brought in for the reward challenge and Adam’s dad came walking onto the beach, he had the same dumb look on his face. And since Adam was selected to share the reward with the winner, Parvati, America was subjected to a double dose of of that annoying facial expression. I seriously hope that Adam doesn’t win the million bucks. I can’t imagine watching that face live. 2. Aitu = Idiots. Ozzy won the immunity challenge, allowing Aitu to knock off the second-to-last member of the Raro alliance. Adam and Parvati had won the previous two challenges, confirming that they’re both a threat to sneak into the final four if they’re allowed the opportunity. So who gets voted off? JONATHAN!!! Are you kidding me? Jonathan is almost no threat when it comes to challenges. If for some reason he did sneak into the final four, or even the final two, all it would mean is that an Aitu member would be the first person to sweep the final vote. His chances of winning the million bucks is officially ZERO. By voting off Jonathan instead of Parvati or Adam, especially Adam, Aitu now has guaranteed one of them the opportunity to win the “final five” immunity challenge and break up the Aitu final four. It was just a unforgivably stupid move all around. That’s all I have to say about that. 3. Are you kidding me, Ozzy??? I was already ticked that Jonathan got the axe. Then they showed the previews for next week, and I wanted to bludgeon myself with the remote control. The previews hinted that Ozzy may be flirting with the idea of joining Parvati and Adam. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! Ozzy started out looking great and then quickly submarined in Episode 2 when he intentionally threw a challenge and started getting very whiny. Yet, over the course of the show, he’s actually morphed into a fairly likeable and respectable person. So if he ends up breaking away from his alliance and joining with two people he has no shot of beating in the final, I think my head will explode. Why did I ever pick him? Apparently, Yul and Becky will lose their trust in him this week. Not a good sign. And that clip was followed up with one of Yul telling Becky that “I’ll go with whatever you decide.” They sure made it seem like they were talking about Ozzy. However, it’s most likely a smoke screen. I bet that exchange was actually part of a discussion about whether to get rid of Parvati or Adam. At least I hope so… From my experience with Survivor, if Ozzy was really getting the axe next week, they wouldn’t have hyped it up so much in the previews. But then again, what do I know? We’re talking about Ozzy here. I knew this wouldn’t end well. |
