Survivor: Heroes vs Villains – Episode 13

Another Hero bites the dust.

Survivor: Heroes vs. VillainsBlog: Episode 13
15th Elimination: Rupert

With the season finale on tonight, there’s not a whole lot of time to dig deep into Thursday’s episode of Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains.  With that in mind, I’m gonna to to a “quick hits” format where the pertinents are discussed.

#1 – Is Russell Crazy? I had to wonder when he started plotting to turn on the women in favor of joining Rupert and Colby.  Russell might be able to beat Colby since he’s been so worthless this season, but there’s nooooo way he was beating Rupert.  For a moment there, I thought the best player in the game had lost his mind.  Thankfully, cooler heads prevailed and Russell stuck with his Villains.

#2 – Colby = Tool.
I wanted Colby gone from day one.  However, I’m glad he’s stuck around because he’s just continued to build my case that he’s the most overrated Survivor ever.  He messed up his end-game in Australia.  He stunk it up in All-Stars.  He’s been an embarrassment here in Samoa.  Then he goes and flips out at his brother in the reward challenge!  Who does that?  I don’t know how anybody can root for this guy after this season…

#3 – Who’s gonna win?
That’s the big question tonight, isn’t it?  Here’s my personal breakdown of the odds…

2% Colby – I don’t think the Villains let him sniff the final.  The chances of him winning two straight immunity challenges is extreeeeeeeeemely low.  Even if he did make the final, he’s done nothing to deserve being there and you know he’s going to say a ton of dumb things.

5% – Russell – He’ll be there.  I just think he’s dug himself a huge hole that he won’t be able to talk his way out of.  I was hoping that this crew of Suvivor vets would respect his game enough to do the right thing and hand him the money he deserves.  I just don’t see that happening now as everyone seems extremely bitter.

Get over yourselves people.  Russell outwitted, outplayed, and outlasted you.  Don’t blame the snake for eating you when he never pretended to be anything but a snake.  You should’ve been more careful.

20% – Parvati – I think she needs a final three of Colby and Russell to win this thing.  Sandra and Jeri have pissed very few people off.

30% Sandra – If she gets to the final, then she wins it.  The problem is, I really don’t think she’ll win individual immunity and I don’t see anybody volunteering to sit across from her at the end.

43% – Jeri – I see Colby finishing 5th, Sandra 4th.  Jeri, Russell, and Parvati at the end.  The votes go this way…

Russell – JT
Parvati – Danielle, Amanda
Jeri – Sandra, Colby, Rupert, Candice, Courtney, Coach

Turns out that you didn’t need to be the best Villain to win.  You actually needed to be the worst.
